Information submitted through forms
Contact and consultation requests ask for your name, work email, business name and the information shown on the form. Resource requests use your name, business name and email to provide the requested file and respond to the request. Please do not include sensitive employee or personnel information.
How form information is used
Contact, consultation and resource request details are sent through the MadeThis site notification proxy using the supported contact inquiry event. Newsletter signups are recorded using the supported subscriber event only after you check the separate email updates consent box. Requesting a resource does not subscribe you to marketing email.
Optional analytics
This site can use PostHog analytics to understand site usage. Optional analytics is disabled unless you accept it using Cookie preferences. Your choice is stored in this browser and can be changed using the button at the bottom of the page.
Scheduling and payments
Scheduling and payment forms are not active. A consultation request is not a confirmed appointment. Proposed prices and services do not create a purchase or service commitment.

Before launch, the owner should confirm the responsible business contact, platform processing details, retention period, applicable privacy rights and response process with qualified counsel as needed.
